We are very happy to announce the publication of the 3rd version of the Best Practice Manual for the Forensic Examination of Handwriting of the European Network of Forensic Handwriting Experts (ENFHEX) – a part of the European Network of Forensic Science Institutes (ENFSI).
Mr. Niko Kalantzis, as a member of the Steering Committee of ENFHEX as well as a member of the STEFA Group 8 responsible for Appendix no. 5, contributed actively to the review and writing of this document.
The 3rd version of the BPM includes Appendix no. 5 which deals with the determination of authenticity of Biometric Signatures (eSignatures, Digitally Captured Signatures), which constitutes the first presentation of an analytical methodology for these new types of signatures.
